- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different size, color, or style.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Include a copy of the original order confirmation email or packing slip.
4. Once you request a return the item will be picked up from your location within 1 to 3 days.
